The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact, and will be responsible for all processes involved, from order entry to monitoring and booking shipments from our European factories to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. This position requires close contact and effective communication with internal and external customers, and cooperation with different departments across the business unit.
Receiving, monitoring, and managing customer orders from our distributors and Key accounts
Proactively monitoring that the products are available in time for delivery
Updating the business system related to the responsibilities of the order handling group
Registration of orders/handling of orders
Registration / updating of customer commercial agreements in our ordering system.
Creation and sending of (simple) quotations and product documentation
Request management and creation of credit notes for customers
Booking shipments and keeping close contact with the forwarders to monitor the deliveries

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2-3 years of experience in administrative support in a sales or logistics department
Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders internationally
Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of customer service
Technically competent (Internet, MS Office 365, e-mail)
Fluency in Dutch is mandatory for this position, aswell as a good proficiency in English. Knowledge of the French language is seen as a bonus.
